    We primarily specialize in solid wood, including Sheesham, Mahogany, Oak, Walnut, and Teak, along with premium brass detailing.

  • Q3: What are the payment terms?
    For orders under PKR 300,000: Full advance payment is required.For orders over PKR 300,000: 70% advance, with the remaining 30% before delivery.For orders over PKR 1,000,000: 50% advance, 30% at mid-project, and the final 20% before delivery.

  • Q4: What are the delivery timelines?
    Delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page. For custom orders, our team will share the expected timeline with you.

  • Q5: Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Kindly note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Q6: How is my order shipped?
    We dispatch all orders through trusted delivery partners, depending on your location.

  • Q7: What if my item arrives damaged?
    Each product is carefully inspected, and a video is shared before dispatch. In the unlikely event of damage at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately. Once our delivery team leaves, we are unable to take responsibility.

  • Q8: Can I return or exchange my order?
    All furniture sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. For any damages, please contact us right away at the time of delivery.

    Please ensure that product dimensions fit your lift or staircase. Standard delivery is curb-side, but additional handling services can be arranged if needed at an additional cost for which the client is required to inform us beforehand.

    Yes, we specialize in customizing furniture and interiors to meet your requirements. Our design team can create bespoke pieces or modify existing designs in terms of size, upholstery, and finish.

    Our standard delivery is curb-side. However, if you would like assembly or placement assistance, our team can arrange it for you at an additional cost.

    We offer Interior Design services nationwide, just give us a call or fill out our design consultation form for a free initial consultation with our design team and we will take it from there.

    Yes, we offer restoration services to bring your old furniture back to life with expert craftsmanship.

    Yes, we do. These services are available upon request at an additional cost, please inform us in advance.
